Not only did she figure out how to snap the buckle and get this somewhat 'on' - she wouldn't stop badgering me until I "walked" her around the house - like a puppy.
A beautiful thing about the city. We needed to get out of the house one Saturday, so we loaded up diapers, snacks, water, sunscreen and headed out on the Metro. We walked all around downtown, stopping for ice cream and to play in one of the many fountains.
