puddles

One of my favorite things:
watching Ains splash in puddles after a thunderstorm.

This vid was from early June - I didn't catch any vids from this afternoon's puddles splashing... which was considerably cuter in green froggie boots and a pink skort. :) But it's still wonderful.

This is what happens when the girls are left to their own devices...

A MESS!
[and thank you, Cait, for the sequins.]

She independently got out her dustpan and brush to help clean up. :) What a sweetheart!

I have no words for this one...

My Sweet Little Troublemaker

I can get them all by myself! :) [as she scooted her chair over to the hutch so she could reach the treats]
"For Baby Sue" she told me "Baby Sue say that. Baby Sue want cookies."

Just a little WALL ART to brighten up the living space. Future Interior Decorator?  (Thank you, sis, for introducing us to Mr. Eraser.)

another.. yet another... lost nap

We were just thinking Ains had finally gotten to sleep for her nap... she was so quiet upstairs, not a peep from her monitor.  We were proud. And then.

She walked downstairs.

 Covered in....

soap.
