Just look at this bundle of sweetness.  I can practically smell his sweet baby scent when I look back on these photos.  

I spent a week out in WA with my dear sister, Haylie, and her newborn.  What a fabulous week!

My wheels while back in WA. Yup. That's right. And I loved it!  That low growl when you turn the key.  The rumble as you touch the gas pedal.  I felt all powerful in this beauty. (my sister's)

I also scored a couple of days with my dear sweet Grandpa. 
I didn't catch any pictures while there.  We were too busy.  He poached me some eggs, and I collected his stories.  We went out for ice cream and perused old photo albums.  It was a sweet couple of days that I will forever and always be grateful for. 

 So, you might be wondering, what did Jasper and Ainsley do while I was gone?  Ains had her last week of daycare (with many hours spent at the big kid summer camp).  They took a walking trip to the carousel on the National Mall.  Jas took her to ballet class (oops, sorry, honey, I got the first day of summer session mixed up.) - well, she had the studio to herself. solo class. ;)  (good job w/ the tights, honey.)  The house was still standing and both had been fed every day.  Well done, daddy!
