Spring is a time for festivals around DC. From Kite Festival to Cherry Blossom Festival, there is much to do on any given weekend. Oh, glorious spring!
The Magnolia trees, the Dogwoods, oaks, maples, the fresh new leaves with warm sunlight making them glow... I think Spring is my new favorite season. However, with pollen counts in the 'high' to 'very high' level these past weeks (supposedly DC carries roughly 91% of the total national pollen yield right here in our small space) - it's been a bit sneezy, watery, and itchy.
